Laser resurfacing excels at treating textural issues that topical products can’t address. Acne scars, particularly rolling and boxcar scars, respond very well to laser treatments. Fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and mouth also see significant improvement.
Sun damage, age spots, and uneven skin tone are other strong candidates for laser resurfacing. If you have rough skin texture or enlarged pores, laser treatments can create smoother, more refined skin.
However, laser resurfacing isn’t ideal for active acne, very dark skin tones, or certain medical conditions. During your consultation, we’ll assess whether you’re a good candidate and discuss alternative treatments if needed.
